031505-With out having to fill out an appeal our local was able to get management to change an officer's non-certification to a letter of resignation. This will remove the terminate non-cert record from this staff's file so it will not affect his future employment.

030405-We won a 3rd step Grievance regarding a staff that was wrongly forced. The staff will receive 8 hours of vacation credited to their account. The attachment is the current roster.
