This gets us on the staggered years for terms, so that the whole board is not new at one time.

The council would like us to have a picnic again in June or July. If any one is interested in organizing this contact Eric Langworthy or Bill Stanley.

Vice Presidents report: We have (2) 2nd step grievance filed for wrongfully distributing overtime in Canteen.

Treasures report: Feb 1, 2006- Feb 28, 2006 the balance is $26,856.54.   An audit was completed on the account. The account was balanced. Matt is attending training in the cites and upon returning will meet with the trustees to get account information, He will need to start the taxes and have them filed by next month. He will also be researching our banking options.

Secretary report: Last months meeting minute passed.

Business agents report: John talked about the state buying Appleton prison and the house and senate bills on this. The senate’s bill says that the state wouldn’t have any inmates in private prisons as of 2015 but the houses bill is no inmates in private prisons as of 2007. So ask your reps the support the houses bill.
