Presidents report::

June 6^th will be the union vote for our board officers. The following people are running for office.

President- Eric Langworthy, Sandy Olene

V-President- Bill Stanley, Grame Jury, Gene Olson (One year term)

Treasure- Matt Watrin, Michelle Riordan, Blake Nelson

Secretary- Amy Langworthy, Eric Olesen, Trever Brewer (One year term)

Two, E-Board (2 year terms) Pete Davis, Paul Gammel, Mark Baker, Chuck Selk

One E-Board (1 year term Erik Rassmussen

One Trustee- Kari Anderson

Bill Stanley completed a week of work at the capitol. Our Retirement is safe for now. The bill to eliminate our state retirement is dead.

We are in the process of planning our summer picnic. We are looking at Aug 19^th as a date. The committee will have information at the June 6^th union meeting and the local will vote on the proposal.

VP report: Three staff received suspensions. We won two 3^rd step grievances. (Overtime work in progress) We have one 3^rd step grievance for this month. (Wrongfully forced overtime) HR will do a settlement and release for this.

Treasures report:

Taxes are filled for the local. Our account is $22,913.28 Plus $15,000.00 in CD’s

Matt has made the recommendation to movie our funds to the Rush City Unity bank. This bank would have a drive up, one line checking and we would purchase a safety deposit box costing $20.00 a year. This motion was made and passed. The move will take place after the July election.
