Presidents report:   
Election nominations open from May 1st to May 14.  Nominations must be E-mailed to Kathy Chinander and Rachel Thomsen.

New contraband policy was discussed.

Discuss bereavement leave, and issues that we are having at Rush City

Union and State's first insurance proposal.   Wages will be discussed after the legislative session. 

Legislative tour in June.


Vice Presidents report: 
Won a 2nd for a staff receiving a Oral reprimand while working in master control
Lost one 3rd step for a staff receiving a written reprimand while working in master control
We currently have one grievance at a 2nd step
Resolved a written reprimand for a staff regarding the kitchen post.   Polices and procedures have been changed.

Treasures report: 
All record keeping is now up to date.   The trustees and Treasure have attended training.  Ending balance for April is $40,230.76
