Presidents

  Negotiations update.   Meeting on June 8th and 9th.   3% salary supplement has passed the legislator.
Mentor-ship for new employees. ( Stewards, and E-board members will now Mentor new union members)
  Return to work issues-  We do not agree with the new changes Admin is implementing.
  We have concerns over our Admin's interpretation of bereavement leave.   This will be discussed with Paul Larson, the state negotiator.
  Local election-  voting from 6am to 8am.  and 1pm to 3:45pm.   The way the election now stands:  Dan Gapinski is the new Vice President.  Patty Couch is the new Secretary. and Gene Olson is the new E-   board officer.

  Grievance updates ( three staff have received suspensions.)
Approving vacation cancellation.    Per the contract staff are not allowed to cancel vacation under 14 days.
