President’s report:

Discuss the Aug 19^th picnic at Fish Lake (food, toys for the kids and door prizes) Need to show up at the picnic but do not need to stay until the end to win.

The fall convention will be on Oct 5^th, 6^th, and 7^th at the Sheraton-Bloomington Hotel. We have 10 delegate spots. Nominations are now open and will close on Sept 1^st. We will vote on delegates at our September union meeting on Oct 5^th.

Contract proposals and inequity forms can now be filled out. We will vote on Contract proposals at our September meeting. Nominations are now open for negotiation delegates. We will vote on Negotiation delegates at our October union meeting. November 17^th and 18^th will be the first meeting for our elected delegates.

Vice President’s report:

One overtime grievance for two staff wrongfully forced is at the 1^st step.

3^rd step grievance won for a non- certification of an employee.

Treasurer’s report: Account balance as of August 1 $21,222.55. Plus $ 15,000.00 in CD’s

Secretary’s report: No new business
